Following many great businesses, Themis Ecosystem decided to relocate business operations to an environment that better supports innovation and business growth.
The fact is that Themis Ecosystem is growing much quicker and way bigger than planned. It needs tight professional assistance to make operations smooth, especially now because the big kick-off – the launch of many projects simultaneously – is around the corner.
All-in-one environment for business growth and coherence between industries, environment, and community
The Themis Ecosystem™ (TE) is a comprehensive global platform that sets industry development rules, regulations, and standards in coherence with the environment and community. Its primary purpose is to establish a connection between innovative and environmentally conscious technologies known as “drivers” and their supporters. The core requirement for the drivers is to address some of the most pressing global challenges in critical areas such as energy, waste management, transportation, housing, nutrition, medicine, and more.
The TE places significant emphasis on fostering a strong community. Through the Online Industrial Exchange™ (OIX), supporters are directly linked with the drivers. This activity enables them to purchase the final products of the drivers, consisting of two essential components: the product itself and a quantifiable reduction in CO2 emissions achieved during the creation of goods.
“The common denominator of the system is a smooth connection between the Themis Ecosystem parts,” revealed the founder Roberto Hroval, “that is why we decided to move strategic operations to Switzerland.”
The most innovative country
It was not an impulsive decision. According to the founder, many factors were taken into consideration. Besides an exemplary business environment, what prevailed was that Switzerland is the most innovative country in the world, according to Statista, and praised by authorities like Forbes as well.
The country consistently ranks among the highest in terms of patents filed per capita, showcasing its creative and entrepreneurial spirit. This strong emphasis on intellectual property rights and protection incentivizes inventors and entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to fruition.
Switzerland, located in Europe, is a landlocked country with a population of approximately nine million people, with one of the highest life expectancies globally, which can be attributed to its high standard of living.
In terms of its economy, Switzerland stands out as one of the most stable nations worldwide, characterized by consistent GDP growth over recent years. It ranks among the top twenty economies globally and is fourth in GDP per capita.
A notable aspect of Swiss politics is its historical policy of neutrality and non-interference while still maintaining strong international relationships. Additionally, Switzerland has displayed a cautious approach to global integration, as seen in its non-membership in the European Union and its relatively delayed accession to the United Nations.
Switzerland’s thriving innovation ecosystem attracts domestic and international talent, fostering a diverse and dynamic community of innovators. The country’s high standard of living, well-developed infrastructure, and favorable business environment further contribute to its status as an innovation powerhouse.
The country actively collaborates internationally, fostering partnerships with leading global organizations and participating in cross-border research initiatives.
Evaluation of the Themis Ecosystem can go as high as 350 billion
The team confirmed that Online Industrial Exchange (OIX) is set to operate from Switzerland, and the import/export of drivers’ components will also be based there.
One of the most important things will be the company evaluation that will be carried out under the SRS2 standard. It is an American Accounting Standard recognized and used in the EU and Switzerland as well.
The company evaluation will be based on estimating special e-vouchers called IRMU (Industrial Raw Material Unit) that are traded on OIX. “The only question is the time frame in which IRMUs will be evaluated. A longer time frame means a higher number,” said Hroval, revealing that he won’t be surprised if the number exceeds 300 billion.
The prediction is based on the market’s long-term potential, according to the macroeconomic plans of each IRMU, and is estimated to be about 349,1 billion USD in total.
In May 2023, the driver’s IRMUs are estimated at 7.32 billion USD (Project PHOENIX8 – PP8) and 1.805 billion USD (Biomass Ultima).
Although these numbers are impressive, they are based on operational facts and goals.
The goals of PP8 are 331,761,265 MWh of green alternative power production, 352,629,049 metric tons of CO2 gas reduction, 86,984,800 metric tons of global wastes reduction, and making 35,262,904 families carbon footprint-neutral.
The goals of Biomass Ultima are 20,142,238 MWh of green electricity production, 21,018,421 metric tons of CO2 gas reduction, 19,752,851 metric tons of global wastes reduction, and making 2,101,842 families carbon footprint-neutral.
Meeting with one of the biggest asset management companies
Besides forming new corporations in Switzerland, the Themis Ecosystem team continues working on building the first driver in Slovenia, EU, and building accompanying modules and projects.
On the other hand, great emphasis is placed on building a larger community interested in direct and active support of technologies through the purchase of IRMUs. In that regard, the company’s representatives will meet with a French corporation, one of the largest asset management companies in the world.
“The meeting should happen in a week or two,” the founder said, “I am really looking forward to serving the larger community via trading IRMUs on OIX, but the meeting is preliminary. Our current focus is on finishing the first EU factory,” he concluded.
